The Arab Centre for International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Education organized, with the collaboration of Besma International Group, Beirut and Advocating Human Rights, Strasbourg, the fourth Strasbourg Workshop from 20 to 22 September 2021, about : The Independence of Justice and the Regional Systems of Protection of Human Rights. The discussions and the lectures were given in three languages: Arabic, English and French. The participants visited the European Court of Human Rights and the Council of Europe.
